I was never suggesting that we shouldn't reduce our impact

First of all, I was never suggesting that we shouldn't reduce our impact on the planet. Solar, hydro, and wind power, rail instead of cars, and chicken instead of beef are all reduce our impact.

Next, in the U.S. and Europe, the population growth has slowed if not reversed. It's in developing countries where education and birth control aren't affordable where the population is skyrocketing. My solution: provide birth control worldwide.

I don't think we should be invading habitats. That's what The Nature Conservancy is all about. But if PETA has its way, The Nature Conservancy will take a blow. PETA wants to save animals from conservationists, but not developers...
