The Plaintiffs and each of them claim:

1. Damages for libel in a leaflet entitled "What's wrong with McDonalds?" published or caused to be published in 1989 and in 1990 by the Defendants.

2. An injunction restraining the Defendants and each of them whether by themselves their agents or otherwise from publishing or causing to be published the said or similar defamatory words.

This Writ was issued by Barlow Lyde & Gilbert of Beaufort House, 15 St. Botolph Street, London, EC3A 7NJ.
