     7   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  So what I propose to do at the beginning of
     8        my -- I propose to put these ahead of what I already had in
     9        section 4, and I will put the CV first.

    11   MR. MORRIS:  Can I ask?  Have you got the seven page CV which
    12        was served on the Plaintiffs on Monday?

    14   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Yes.  I will put that first.  I will put the
    15        new statement next and the facts about styrene last.

    17   MR. MORRIS:  There is one other change, new page 36 has an extra
    18        paragraph.

    22   MR. MORRIS:  At the bottom of that page 1993 Tarasoff and Kelly
    23        and the next paragraph over the page, on page 37, are both
    24        additions.

    26   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Let me read that.  I have not purported to
    27        digest Dr. Samuels' letter, but I will put that at the end
    28        of the new statement and before the facts on styrene.

    30   MR. MORRIS:  As far as I know, apart from typographical errors
    31        which Dr. Millstone corrected in the text generally, there
    32        is no other material change at all, but if anyone spots
    33        one, then it will be handy to point it out.  I think those
    34        are the preliminaries.

    36   MS. STEEL:   There are also two papers on styrene to hand up.
    37        We have given copies to the Plaintiffs.

    39   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Where shall I put those?  Behind the styrene
    40        statement?

    43        room there is I suppose.  I am not sure how much room there
    44        is behind the statement; otherwise they could go in his
    45        reference bundles.
