Day 043 - 01 Nov 94 - Page 07

MS. STEEL: I think behind "Sue Dibb", actually.

MR. MORRIS: Yes, behind "Sue Dibb". (Handed)

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I would like someone to put those documents,
in due course, behind section 2 of section D of volume 1B
of your witnesses, so that it is in the right place. Yes.

MR. MORRIS: Just for the record, the documents which we have
also handed up to Mr. Justice Bell are Parents' Attitudes
towards Children's Food Advertising, a MORI Survey, and
National Food Alliance press release on the same.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: There is also a series of documents. These include
the ones that were faxed last night to the Plaintiffs'
solicitors. There are also ones that are relevant to
       David Green, if at all.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where do they go?

MR. MORRIS: I am not sure where to put them, really.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is any one of your witnesses going to refer
       to them?

MR. MORRIS: The thing is that we are not necessarily going to
refer to many of them. It is just in case we did, I wanted
to serve them in plenty of time.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Why should that not go behind "Miss Dibb" as
well, just for somewhere to put it?

MR. MORRIS: Yes. They are numbered in the bottom right-hand
       corner, 1 to 15.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: 1 to 12.

MR. MORRIS: 1 to 12. Sorry.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I would like you to give a bit of thought
during the day as to how long, realistically, you think you
will be in cross-examination of Mr. Green in due course.
I do not expect you to be precise about that, because
I have never yet met a member of the Bar who could make an
accurate estimate in advance as to the length of
cross-examination, but I want you to give it some thought
so that you can give some kind of approximate estimate.
       Yes, Mr. Rampton?

                      MR. DAVID BARRY GREEN, Sworn
                       Examined by Mr. Rampton

  Q. Mr. Green, are your full names David Barry Green?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. You give your address as McDonald's Corporation, Oak Brook,
       Illinois, USA?
