     1   MR. RAMPTON:  May I hand in skeleton arguments?  There is one
     2        about amendment which has some appendices with tabs on,
     3        which are mostly extracts from the transcripts, for
     4        convenience.  Then there is an argument, a submission,
     5        about the need for the Defendants to specify their case.
     6        Then, finally, there is a short submission about what means
     7        the court is entitled to find.  What there is not in there
     8        is a note about the stage at which a judge alone can make a
     9        ruling about what the actual meaning is, something on which
    10        we will certainly address your Lordship, if your Lordship
    11        wishes, at the time.

    15   MR. MORRIS:  There was a document to hand in.  There was a
    16        translation of the German Siegried Payter document which,
    17        I believe, is document number 3 in the second supplementary
    18        list.  This is the translation by the Plaintiffs.
    19        Actually, page 16 is missing.  I seem to remember at the
    20        time when it was served we had a problem with page 60.  It
    21        was either my problem, or the Plaintiffs have got page 16.

    44        A.  Once again, I think it is, as I said, a representation
    45        of McDonald's.  It obviously has a McDonald's window in the
    46        back, and they are sitting at a big table.  You could get
    47        the feeling that it actually was a McDonald's, but it does
    48        not look like the full McDonald's to me.
