MR. MORRIS: Just before we call the witness, we are a little
bit concerned that the Plaintiffs have served a huge file
of documents relevant to Sue Dibb's evidence which were not
in her references -- well, not her original three
references which she disclosed, but not in any of her
references with the book that she disclosed, new references
that neither we or she has had time to even see.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: But are they among the 170 in her book?

MR. RAMPTON: Some of them are and some of them are not.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, how many are there which are not in the
       footnotes in her book?

MR. MORRIS: This bundle of documents are not in the footnotes
and need to be looked through.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: How many are there?

MR. MORRIS: There are 14. Well, there are 14 substantial
references. So, in the light of that -- and we have not
had time to look at them at all yet -- we would prefer if
Sue Dibb came on Friday, rather than tomorrow. Well, that
does not give us much time either.

MS. STEEL: I was not even in when these were delivered last
night, so I have not even seen them -- full stop -- to
begin looking at them. My set was delivered to Mr. Morris,
again, so I have not even seen them at all.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. I mean, obviously, we want to move on as fast
as we can, but we thought that tomorrow would be
       impossible, really.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is she going to come today at all?

MR. MORRIS: No, but we are going to try and deliver them to her
       this evening, or something.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you wish to say anything, Mr. Rampton?

MR. RAMPTON: No, my Lord. I merely complied with your
Lordship's direction that if there was material to which I
might make reference in cross-examination which the
Defendants had not notified us that Miss Dibb was going to
refer to, then I would make it available at the earliest
opportunity. That is what I have done.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: When I said that, I thought we were only
       within the 170 references----

MR. RAMPTON: I think I said that. It can be checked on the
       transcript.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I did not take that point on board, if you
       did say that.
