     3   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I am told I have been handed a new Abstract
     4        Pleadings.  "Feb. 1995" it has on it.

     6   MR. RAMPTON:  Your Lordship may be more fortunate than I.

     8   MR. RAMPTON:  No, your Lordship speaks and Mrs. Brinley-Codd
     9        obeys;  your Lordship said you had not got and up-to-date
    10        one the other day and she has produced one.

    12   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I am sorry if I have put her to work
    13        unnecessarily.  The one I got out originally the other day
    14        was the old one which we had with all the yellow
    15        underlinings.  I am sorry if she has been put to extra work
    16        but I will hand it back.  As long as there is nothing in
    17        this in addition to the one which was handed in when we
    18        started the trial ----

    20   MR. RAMPTON:  My Lord, it might be.  I would not want to take
    21        back the one your Lordship has been using because I expect
    22        it will be marked.

    24   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  No, that is the point.  I have a lot of notes
    25        on that, you see, and I do not want to have to start all
    26        over again.

    28   MR. RAMPTON:  I am just wondering how one can best attempt a
    29        reconciliation.

    32        is anything Mrs. Brinley-Codd thinks there is new in it, if
    33        she could just fill the relevant pages out and I will check
    34        for myself in due course whether they are new or not.
