     5        and have indicated verbally are going to come?

     7   MR. MORRIS:  Yes.  I have not made a list of those but what
     8        I can try to do is try to contact others by phone.

    10   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  What would be helpful is if overnight you can
    11        make a list of the ones you have spoken to and have
    12        responded positively.

    18   MR. MORRIS:  Right.  There was something else I wanted to bring
    19        up.  I cannot remember, but I have a recollection that you
    20        asked for a copy of Mr. Colin Campbell's statement from
         America regarding diet.  Remember, the China fat and diet
    22        study?  I cannot remember if you have that.

    24   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  No, it must have slipped my mind now.  Do you
    25        remember which day it was?

    27   MR. MORRIS:  I just had some note buried in a pile of notes
    28        that -- it should be -- it was a two-page statement with
    29        about 10 pages attached to it.  So, hopefully, it is OK.
    30        If you need it, I have a spare copy.

    33        Civil Evidence Act Notice?

         of Mr. Campbell's statement".  I did not know if it was the
    42        Plaintiffs or yourself.
