Day 152 - 11 Jul 95 - Page 05

       to speak.

  Q. How many was it for Sunday, 15 for Sunday?
       A. Yes, and the 15 you see on there was the maximum number
for the Sunday. Right. Those are crew stations. In terms
       of full-timers, I also had on my payroll I had a full-time
Administrative Assistant, I had probably four full-time
Floor Managers. So those five would give me probably about
32 full-time employees on my payroll.

Of the 52 that were part-time for those working crew
stations, I think I had two or three cleaners, sort of,
morning and evening, a maintenance man, three, a couple of
security guys, five, and a couple of Floor Managers, about
seven. That would take me up to about 60 part-time
positions on the payroll. So the 60 plus the 32 is 92, so
in terms of the vagaries of people's availability that we
mentioned earlier on this morning, I would be thinking that
100 crew, sorry, 100 people on the payroll is probably
       about right, from my recollections.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If those figures were right, just to record
it, the percentages would end up at something like ---?
       A. 35.

  Q. -- 35/65?
       A. Right.

  Q. Do you have any difficulty with other people saying a
percentage of about 80 per cent part-time to 20 per cent
full-time in their experience, whatever your experience
       might be?
       A. I probably would not be because ----

  Q. Or across the board, across the country?
       A. Not now because if -- I think if I was looking at 70/30
some 10 years ago, then I would probably think it is
feasible to have an 80/20 percentage now.

MS. STEEL: Can I clarify ---
       A. Certainly.

  Q. -- of the 100 people on the payroll ---
       A. Right.

  Q. -- can you just say who that included, apart from crew, who
       that included?
       A. From these figures here?

  Q. No. Can you do it from the 100 people on the payroll?
Were you saying they included the security and the
       cleaners?
       A. Yes, I am.

  Q. So can you just run through ----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We have it already, have we not?

MS. STEEL: I found it very hard to follow. Three cleaners and
       what hours would they work?
