     6        A.  I believe it was when I was the supervisor of the
     7        restaurant and Ray Crayton was the restaurant manager.

     9   Q.   What happened on that occasion?
    10        A.  As soon as I found out that he had done it,
    11        I instructed him that he could not do it and was to reopen
    12        the crew room.

    15        A.  It never occurred when I was a manager.

    18        A.  No.

    21        A.  I became manager approximately a year after the
    22        restaurant opened.

    24   Q.   But you were assistant manager at the store at that time?
    25        A.  Yes, I was the first assistant at the point it opened,
    26        and then a year later I became the restaurant manager.

    28   Q.   Do you remember any problem with the crew room at that
    29        time?

    36        take their breaks outside the building?

    40        to the Citizens Advice Bureau with another crew member to
    41        get advice about the crew room being locked?
    42        A.  No, I do not.

    45        about this incident with skinheads coming into the store
    46        and attacking crew ---
