    10        now.  If you do not mind making some photocopies of what
    11        Mr. Morris writes out, Mr. Riley, to save him doing that.

    15   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Then what I suggest is that you hand copies
    16        to Mrs. Brinley-Codd, give me a copy which I will look at
    17        during the mid-day break and then we will start with
    18        Mr. Tindale.

    20   MR. MORRIS:  Yes.  The other thing is I do not know if the
         Plaintiffs have managed to find -- well, have brought to
    22        court the incident report forms that they were ordered to
    23        disclose because, obviously, that will be something we will
    24        be questioning Mr. Richards about.  That, if you remember,
    25        was about food, undercooked food.

    28        Mr. Rampton?

    30   MR. RAMPTON:  Again I do not want to be difficult, but your
    31        Lordship has not actually made an order.  Your Lordship
    32        indicated you were minded to do so.  We have asked for
    33        them.  Whether Mr. Richards has them here, I will be able
    34        to tell your Lordship in half a second.  What happened was
    35        that Mr. Richards put them in the post to Barlow Lyde &
    36        Gilbert on Thursday.  They had not arrived when
    37        Mrs. Brinley-Codd's left the office but she will be able to
    38        telephone now.

         post, do you know, or -----

    47        start with him.  Let us carry on with Mr. Tindale.  Then
    48        subject to what I said a moment ago about you copying out
    49         -- I am not asking you to copy out your notes because
    50        obviously you may have confidential matters in there -- if 
    51        you just copy out enough, perhaps in tabulated form, name 
    52        of witness, approximate date, what is suggested happened, 
    53        in a fairly bare but, nevertheless, expressive way, so that
    54        they can be looked at -- could you do that in a quarter of
    55        an hour?
