MR. JUSTICE BELL: What do want to ask about, Mr. Rampton?

MR. RAMPTON: I only want him to confirm, my Lord, the second
one which has a date in early June 1993 was, in fact, as it
appears to have been, filled in by him. It has his name at
the top in the right-hand corner. That was all.

                      SEAN RICHARDS, recalled.

MR. JUSTICE BELL (To the witness): Is that so?
       A. It is.

  Q. It is the second sheet?
       A. The first sheet or the one dated ---

  Q. 6th May?
       A. -- third of the sixth I filled in. The one dated
1st May was filled in by another Manager.

  Q. I have one which is dated at the bottom 7th June 1993.
       A. Yes, the date at the bottom, 7th of the 6th is the one
I filled in and the 6th of the 5th at the bottom is the one
       that somebody else filled in.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, that was all I was going to ask.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, thank you.

            Cross-examined by the Defendants, continued.

MS. STEEL: Mr. Richards, you have got 90 crew at the Bath
store, you said. How main of those are full-time and how
       many are part-time?
       A. Around 20 are full-time.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: This is crew?
       A. This is crew, around 15 to 20, yes.

MS. STEEL: 15 to 20. How many of the crew are students?
       A. What, the part-timers or the crew generally?

  Q. Would there be any full-time crew that were students?
       A. I doubt it, no.

  Q. How many of the part-timers?
       A. The overall majority would be students.

  Q. Right. Do you know roughly how many?
       A. More than half.

  Q. So probably about 40 of them or something like that?
       A. More than half, yes.

  Q. Half would be ------

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am very reluctant that we get to be
precise. If a witness says "the majority" and then when
pressed says "more than half", I am not going to attach any
weight at all thereafter to a figure like 40 or 45, because
