  Q. And you worked at Orangeville McDonald's, near Toronto in
       Canada; is that correct?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Do you remember the date when you started?
       A. It was April 1991, I believe.

  Q. How old were you at the time?
       A. 14.

  Q. You worked there until what date?
       A. June of 1994.

  Q. When is your birthday? What month is your birthday?
       A. October.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you give me your complete date of birth?
       A. October 11th, 1976.

MR. MORRIS: Before we come to your statements, which I will
read out, what have you been doing since you left
       McDonald's?
       A. I have been working at Kiddlywinks, which is a
children's toy and clothing store, and I started university
       just last September of 1995.

  Q. What are you studying at university?
       A. Social sciences; and I plan to major in labour studies.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do try and speak up loud and clear.
       A. I plan to major in labour studies.

MR. MORRIS: Labour studies. I am going to read out your
statements. If there is anything incorrect in the
statements, if you stop me. Other than that, I will ask
you whether you still agree with that as your evidence at
the end. As you have the two statements, you probably
might wish to sit down, because it will take a bit of
time. Then I will ask you some questions about particular
       matters in those statements afterwards.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Miss Inglis had better have her statement.
Can you get down a volume with a pale blue spine, right on
the top there, please, and a "3" written in the green. If
you turn to divider 12, you should find your statement. By
all means sit down, but I suggest you follow as Mr. Morris
       reads.

MR. MORRIS: Statement of Sarah Inglis, Orangeville, Canada:

"To whom it may concern, my name is Sarah Inglis. I have
been working in the Orangeville McDonald's for almost three
       years."

At the time you wrote this, just beginning here, you were
actually still working for McDonald's; is that correct?
       A. I believe so.

  Q. We do not have a date on this one.
