    11   MR. MORRIS:  Can you just outline to the court what you have
    12        done since you last gave evidence, what your present
    13        position is, and what you have been doing that is relevant
    14        to this issue, since you last left?
    15        A.  At the moment, I am working for the CAB International
    16        Commonwealth Agricultural Bureau, and their health
    17        department; and my speciality there is veterinary public
    18        health issues; and I am at the moment working on
    19        initialising a new publication concerning zoonosis,
    20        diseases that can be transmitted from animals to humans.

    22   Q.   Zoonosis?
    23        A.  Zoonosis.  I have also been advising the Royal College
    24        of Veterinary Surgeons Committee on certification on beef
    25        and -----

    28        A.  I remember that was the problem last time.

    30   MR. JUSTICE BELL:   I remember I had to tell you that last time.

    34        A.  I have asked to appear in front of the Health Committee
    35        of the Bundestag, the German Parliament, on the safety of
    36        beef.  I have also appeared as a speaker in the meat
    37        hygiene, Meat Inspectors Association annual meeting in
    38        September, concerning meat hygiene.

    41        A.  I attended several conferences concerning meat hygiene
    42        and public health, in my present role at the CAB
    43        International.

    45   Q.   Have you read the statement of Mr. Bone for the Plaintiffs?
    46        A.  Yes, I have.

    59        A.  Yes, I met Mr. Bone.  He started working at Jarrets the
    60        week I was dismissed; so I worked together with him for one
