MR. MORRIS: Can I just bring a scheduling matter up, I have a
message from ---

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Sit down for a moment, Mr. Carroll.

MR. MORRIS: -- Professor Campbell who had asked to be slotted
in on the 9th, and Mr. Preston kindly vacated so we could
do that. I have had another message from Mr. Campbell
saying that he made a mistake in his itinerary believe it
or not, and actually would be available on the 10th. Mr.
Preston was booked to the 10th and 9th. So I just hoping
that through the court if the Plaintiffs are able to ask
Mr. Preston to come on the 9th instead of the 10th.

MR. RAMPTON: As I have told your Lordship yesterday, he has got
both; he has still got both dates booked.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Unless you say something to the contrary
pretty soon, Mr. Rampton, I will assume that we can put Dr.
Campbell in on the 10th.

MR. MORRIS: Right.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Cross Mr. Preston out then.

MR. RAMPTON: I will; we will verify that but I am sure it is 99
per cent safe, I would say.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Re-establish Mr. Preston on the 9th. Yes,
thank you.

MR. MORRIS: I will confirm that as soon as humanly possible.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: If you would as soon as possible because if
there is any prospect that he is not going to be able to
come, then pretty quickly we can restore Mr. Preston to
both days, so you have four days out of five when he can be
there.

MR. MORRIS: OK then. Thank you.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

TERENCE EDMUND CARROLL, recalled.
Cross-examined by the Defendants

MS. STEEL: Do you still have the files out?
A. I do, yes.

Q. Right, OK. If you turn to tab 2?
A. The yellow one?

Q. Yes, sorry. This statement of yours which is dated 2nd
