3 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have one query of detail. We saw the video
4 of Dale City. In his statement Mr. Preston said that the
5 occasion was in 1987. If it is possible without any undue
6 difficulty to find when in 1987, I would be grateful. It
7 may be on the video itself. If it is not I do not want
8 anyone to go to any trouble about it, it is just that if
9 there is an easy answer I would like to know.

14 a challenge as to whether the leaflet in question was being
15 handed out then, but I see from Mr. Nicholson's second
16 supplementary statement that he says it was in October 1987
17 there was the first demonstration outside the East Finchley
18 Head Office, not '85 and '86 as he previously said.
