       Professor Naismith.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I understand that. I will give leave for you
       to adduce Dr. Miller's evidence.

  MR. MORRIS: Thank you.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Under a Civil Evidence Act.

MR. MORRIS: That is really what we are doing. We are trying to
get as much of our nutrition further details before Dr.
Naismith comes in -- or Professor Naismith -- and we have
another one, which we hand in now. (Handed).

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will look at that.

MR. MORRIS: That is of Dr. Robert Vogel, Head of Division,
Cardiology, University of Maryland School of Medicine, and
it is relating to an analysis of the effect of eating
       McDonald's food on brachial arteries.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will look at that by Friday.

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are you ready to continue now, Ms. Steel, or
do you want a few minutes?

MS. STEEL: If I can have five minutes it will be helpful.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will come back at five 2 to.

                        (Short adjournment)

                 Sidney Thompson Nicholson, recalled

            Cross-examined by the Defendants, continued

MR. MORRIS: Can I just ask -- I am not sure, just before we
start -- if you are getting copies of the transcripts which
we are ordering in advance. I mean, the next day. We got
the transcript of yesterday, so it should be available to
       you.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It may have been handed to Mr. Glen; I do not
       know.

MS. STEEL: We are not getting them ----

MR. MORRIS: I do not know who is dealing with that. We are
       buying some at full price.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you want me to have that or...

MR. MORRIS: Of course, anything that we have.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I appreciate it. But do you want me to
have that now, at this moment?
