13 A. No, I do not remember it. I received hundreds of these
14 kind of things. Well, hundreds may be an exaggeration, but
15 a large number. Almost everyone in McDonald's then knew I
16 was in charge of this case. They sent me these things.
17 I cannot remember this one at all.

19 Q. OK. In tab 95 there is a memo to you from Edi Bensilum
20 dated 20th February 1991. 'The attached was received after
21 the event that you may wish to follow up on the leaflet
22 itself'. It is about a leaflet distributed in Glasgow,
23 I think.

27 A. Argyle Street. That is Glasgow.

36 A. I do not think I would follow up on the leaflet. If
37 I wanted something done on it -- I cannot bring it to mind
38 at all -- I would have got someone in from the Security
39 Department to do it.

41 Q. Right. OK. Then, 6 pages in, there is a memo to you from
42 Peter Richards dated 2nd July 1991. Who is Peter Richards?
43 A. Peter Richards then was the Regional Manager for the
44 Manchester region; that covers Scotland. He now holds a
45 more senior position, he is now Vice President.

57 A. I am trying to think who 'K' is. No, I cannot think
58 who 'K' will be, but it would just be filed in the LGP file
59 which, at that time, was held by Terry Carroll in the
60 Security Department.
