     2        should be perfectly content with that, I am sure.  The idea
     3        we should go and sue some photocopying firm in Caledonian
     4        Road --

     6   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I am only talking about '89 and '90.  I was
     7        not making any inquiry at the present day.

     9   MR. RAMPTON:  No, but it is a very long time ago, and such a
    10        distribution or publication by the copier is now, I would
    11        have said, wholly insignificant.

    MS. STEEL:  Can I just ask, I mean, the matter that has just
    22        been raised, I am a bit concerned.  I think it ought to be,
    23        I do not know, but I do not see it would have made any
    24        difference whatsoever to the witness' answer.

    26   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  It may not do and I was at pains to point out
    27        that Mr. Rampton has been content with the answer which Mr.
    28        Gravett gave, that photocopying, if required, was done at a
    29        number of places locally.  Mr. Rampton did not go on to
    30        ask, as he might have done, which places locally, and
    31        therefore Mr. Gravett was not asked to answer that
    32        question.

    36   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I am not urging Mr. Rampton to ask the
    37        question and I am certainly not going to speculate about
    38        what Mr. Gravett would say if he was asked it.  It merely
    39        triggered something in my mind as to what might happen when
    40        you and Mr. Morris give evidence.  That is all.

    50        understandable if you had put the question and Mr. Gravett
    51        was reluctant to answer it.  It would be perfectly
    52        understandable.  We never reached that stage.  So there we
