You sure are into this slave thing quite a bit. It's kind of creepy. I wonder how Frued would interpret it.(hehe)

I personally, do not feel enslaved. The point at which I did feel enslaved is when people were telling me it was wrong not to believe in God. But as I got older and explored different beliefs, I was able to form my own opinions and find a belief that resonated with me and my personal experience and views. I had a "debate" with my mother over this subject years ago. She was finally able to accept that what worked for her, did not work for me. And we are both O.K. with that now. Most people don't feel comfortable being told what to believe or hold sacred. It is a very personal matter and tends to generate anger and defensiveness in others. Most people I know, batten down the hatches when they see a Jahovahs Witness headed their way. I disagree with trying to pursuede others to value my dogma. Do unto others...I respect you for your beliefs in God. I prefer not to take the tack of trying to change someone who disagrees with mine. It seems rather insulting and invalidating. I would rather make a friend than an enemy, so in light of that, hey, I enjoy reading about evolution. It fills my days with wonder and delight, much as i'm sure the bible does for you, and far be it from me to ever try to take that away from you. As far as your comment on Johansen, I am more of a Leakey fan, and Richard and Don don't always see eye to eye. But hey, this room is big enough for both of us:) I'll try not to be provoked if you will:)
