:CAN YOU GIVE ME ONE REASON WHY HUMANS ARE SUPERIOR, ONE CHARACTERISTIC WHICH DEFINES US AS SUCH, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN SET UP BY US AS A CRITERION SOLELY BECAUSE IT WILL DEFINE US AS SUPERIOR? :Funny, though, the normal human obsession over speed, size, and strength have not been used to demonstrate our superiority as a species, since it was obvious without the research that we were not the strongest, largest, or fastest. We have some issues to work out as a species.
One might say our "superiority" is based on our unchecked expansion -- that despite being smaller, slower, and weaker than other mammals we have managed to proliferate despite these setbacks. Human beings have displayed greater adaptability to changing environments than any other specific species of creature. We can be found subsisting in the coldest and warmest climates on Earth. We've coated the planet like a vine covers walls, and displaced other species, which did not resist our advances, even to the point of being exterminated.
What about adaptability or proliferation as evidence for superiority?
I'm just asking because these don't seem to be human criterion for judgement.
