Larks utopia

You wont find it on any map but it's a great place:

1 Physcological investigation and treatment has led a situation where there is no homosexuality, no incest, no bestiality, no peadaphilia, no sexualy motivated torture etc.
2 There is a decentralised government and the people are suspicious of all authority, authority is presumed guilty until proven innocent.
3 There is a decommofication of labour through the issuing regardless of status etc. of a citizens wage, making work voluntary but people still work out of either greed or satisfaction. This is issued by the only centralised agency and it has been the subject of some debate as to how it might be decentralised and made irreversable.
4 Unions are very powerful but the rank and file make sure the shop stewards dont call strikes for any old reason like wanting a half day off.
5 Participatory democracy has made in roads into a lot of the administration the rest remain democratic in the old parliamentry sense.
6 The police have been transformed into an institution people trust because they know most of them on a one to one basis and community policing has prospered.
7 The only guns are in museums or national armories to be opened if the conuntry is invaded.
8 Standing army etc. have been abolished.
9 Nationalism has been integrated into internationalism so there's no longer any conflict between patriotism and socialism.
10 Everyone practices a religion of some variety but evangelism is frowned upon and the most vehemant trouble makers are imprisoned. The most popular religion is a reconstructed cathoolicism.

This is of course a highly personalised vision and a lot of people will disagree but I dont care it is my utopia and utopia translated means "No where" or something similar.
