This debate is academic NATO is demonstarating nothing but cowardice and treachery in trying to work with the pan-slavic alliance of Moscow and Belgrade. We should have fuel bombed the hell out of belgrade and sent troops in to secure the zone for the next millenium (very liberal view that).

Facism and ethnic cleansing is happening in Kosovo, as it happened in Bosnia, and peoples full of sympathy for the Serbs because it's NATO taking the action, I can see the logic here, until some whiter than white saviour comes we arent going to support war against facism.
