The same way- argue with them, and ask for justification for their stance. Further, given that conservative estimates put the ratio of homosexuality among malkes at 10%, and I'd suspect there are more than enough closest, sympathetic or generally woolly liberally minded folk out there, that we only really need to convince the other 75%.

Of course, you might be being sarcastic, but I'd never expect that of you.
