Morris: Now, I'm confused. What are the charges?

Perhaps my Windows 95 PC will crash, while I'm sitting in my home, just as I finish composing this swell post. Before I curse Bill Gates' mother, am I to check my windows to see that none of the neighborhood children have sneaked onto my meager property, close enough to hear me? Personally, I find this fixation on children to be just a little sick.
