Well, there is no "right" to mistreat other species. You will notice, though, that the natural predilection of every creature is towards acting principally in its own self-interest.

That's the code that nature wrote. The argument against animal testing is stronger when a moralist suggests that humans have a knowledge and capacity to minimize their species-serving behavior.
