Actually milk is BAD to drink. Not only does it not help one's body, it makes it worse. They didn't teach you that did they....

the weak bones story:
What do I mean, well for starters the cause of bone weakness and bone calcium loss is due to the intake of too much protein. Animal protein in particular is acidic and the body removes calcium from the bones to act as a base. Common response is "drink milk to replenish this loss," wrong. Of the calcium in milk, only 20% is absorbable by human bodies. Apple juice has less calcium than milk however MORE of it is absorbable by the body. Leafy green vegetables have more calcium than cow's milk, all of which the body can absorb.

this little paragraph barely scratches at the surface of the falsehoods about milk and our education about it. If interested, respond or research it for yourself (lookout for books, sites, or doctors paid by the dairy industry).
