how can we be sure?

yes, it is really becoming popular, and yes, we're concearned and want to believe... but how can i be sure the mclibel people and some rival of mcdonalds, like subway, isn't just trying to get the big guy out of the market? are these real live concearned individuals, or are they paid off? don't tell me i'm ignorant. i'm just being an informed consumer, because i'm not going to go barking up the wrong tree...
