I believe it has. It is colloquially known as an 'economic boom'. Ask the simple-minded Japanese to clarify, as I am too dim-witted for the effort, being the product of the American public school system.

Or did I ignore my grade school teachers, read the dictionary and other books in class, get 'kicked upstairs' a grade, and finally was forced to attend private school in my junior year of high school, where I excelled on the math team (an option not offered in the public system)? I can't remember, what with my brain not addled with the appropriately approved chemicals. Ah well.
