That's the nicest thing I've ever heard you say, Sam. I'm happy to have wrung it from you. Take note of the context in which that admission was offered. I don't excuse the atrocities of any government but I see you would still throw the baby (U.S. thwarting of imperial communism) out with the bathwater (media deluge of the My Lai incident) regarding Vietnam and U.S. motivations in that context.
