I would like to start by saying i have been a Vegitarian for 2 years now and I am just as healthy and active as I ever was.You can not base your oppinions on vegitarians based on other people expieriences. People who become less healthy and active after they become vegitarians become this way because they are not giving their bodies the nutrients it needs.There are other ways of getting the nutrients u need besides eating meet.There are protiens tablets and shakes that u can get at most local drug stores that provide your body with the amount of protien it needs to be healthy and vegitarian meat is an alternative to meat made from soy products which also gives your body nutrients and veggie meats are much healthier for you than regular meat.Infact it has been proven that vegitarians who take care of themselves and make sure they get the right amount of nutrients live loner, happier, and more ACTIVE lifes than meat eaters.So for anyone who thinks you need meat to grow like a normal human being you need to check your facts!!!
