In a recent interview with Playboy, Ventura described the "Tailhook" sexual harassment scandal "...much ado about nothing," chastized "most politicians" for not being as honest as he is, and the most inflamatory comment was when he described organized religion as "...a crutch for weak-minded people."
Whether or not these comments are actually as offensive as some people claim, they are certainly not too "strong" to be on television. Personally, his comment on tailhook ticks me off a bit, but that's my opinion. The other comments don't interest me at all.
