Suggestion: Look at the site again!

MDG, the creator of that site, whoever he is, may have a bit of nutty humor, but he makes many valid points nontheless. And as he's clearly stated, he is not for any inhumane treatment of animals, such as that what has been alleged to go on in the slaughterhouses. I have an older brother who hunts deer when in season and he has time. Venison is damn good meat. My brother kills his prey instantly and doesn't let them suffer.

The author of the page also mentioned the many medical breakthroughs in curing or reducing the intensity of many ailments and diseases including lukemia and AIDS, which wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for the lab testing of various mammals. Also mentioned was that Melissa Etheridge severed all ties with PETA because she knows people personally who are suffering from AIDS, and she acknowledges the necessity of research involving lab testing of animals.

As for Ted, he's really not a bad guy at all. In short, he's says that it's for food, not for the sport.

Give it another look.
