I don't think many would argue with that.

: : Every time a hetero couple walks down the street holding hands, or give each other a kiss in public, that's flaunting their sexuality. OR, that's just two people expressing affection for each other, and who cares, really?

: I'd just like to say I'm not disputing this but what I have a problem with is all the shit scrawled on public toilets or the fac that you cant go for a walk in certain parks at night without being propositioned for sex, yes not a relationship, not a conventional partner relationship that is common to both inclinations but sex pure and simple, this is where my problem is not in free choice or anywhere like that.

I don't mind witty graffiti, but I don't particularly like sexual graffiti of any nature -- and I've seen enough crudely drawn female genitalia on restroom walls to know that such graffiti is not limited to gay men.

It's bad to be harassed in parks or other public places. My wife has been harassed by vulgar men on occasion, and doesn't like it.

Some people are less inhibited about sex than others. There's a fine line between acceptable and unacceptable public behavionr, and that line wiggles around a lot. I don't think we'll ever be rid of disagreeing on sex, however, since humans are a lusty lot. The best we can do is to teach our children to respect others, and ignore whatever is disagreeable, but not dangerous. Tacky people either pay for it later, or are too oblivious to realize their tackiness. Such is life.
