An unholy afront to the english language that had me laughing. I think it's because the constitution was more or less scribbled during a war that has lead to this whole deal, I think, as I said, that as far as constitutions go they have to be considered both in context and with a bit of prespective, EG they arent the word of God (I'm not sure the word of god is the word of god either) and should be open the REVISION at any time, as the Irish constitution has been through referendal consultation.
