- Anything Else -US's anti-Iraq Propaganda Watch
In the AP press release yesterday, they had a story which was headlined "Saddam Gets Drunk, U.S. Says" and it has a report of Saddam Hussein getting drunk in a palace while his people starved. Then, in a second story buried under the first, we learn that the German guy who was appointed as the overseer for UN sanctions against Iraq resigned out out of disgust for what the US is doing to Iraq. The story quoted him as saying both sides were very stubborn, but didn't give any details. None.
