I just visited your web site and I would like to
recommend one web site that, I think, possibly may be
interesting to you:

AMERICA as it is: The Writings of Valdas Anelauskas

* The Land of Misery and Plutocracy

This is a new essay by Valdas Anelauskas in which he
describes America as it is and warns about the menace
it constitutes to the world. Mr.Anelauskas compares
the United States to the former Soviet Union, and the
countries of Western Europe. He finds the U.S. to be
deficient in the area of economic human rights. He
also describes the consequences of U.S. welfare
reform, and gives what he considers to be the reasons
that the U.S. government instituted this particular
change in its social policy.

Valdas Anelauskas is a Lithuanian journalist
temporarily living in the U.S. A former Soviet
dissident and human rights activist in political
exile from the USSR, he settled in the United States
and eventually became a dissident in America just as
he was in the former Soviet Union. Observation of the
American reality led him to the conclusion that U.S.
extreme capitalist system is absolutely the same kind
of evil as the Soviet mock-communism was.

I would also highly recommend his other essay, "Lives
That End At Birth," in which Mr.Anelauskas tells
about America's treatment of its neglected poor
children.

These and some other English writings of Valdas
Anelauskas can be found at web sites:
