Interesting sentiments. Let's see... Who was there first? You or the restaurant? If the latter, shut up and quit whining! You knew what you were getting into from the git-go. If the former, ever hear of zoning boards or city councils? Chances are is a McDeath is right next to you, then the whole area was probalby zoned mixed residential/commercial.
