CAMPAIGNS AGAINST MCD IN IRELAND?

Could anyone give me information on possible campaigns against McDonald's on the Worldwide Day of Action against McDonald's - 16th October 1998? I would love to take part in a campaign outside their Cork stores but I need to find out whether there is anyone doing this already, whether I could join them or else if there isn't, how I will set up a campaign myself.
