I'm writing a paper about why meat consumption is wrong based on the fact that it takes about 20 lbs of protein needed to feed a cow that would produce one lb of meat. If you want more info about what I just stated read Peter Singer's "Animal Liberation." I need a good defense of meat consumption as a counter argument that I can disprove. The only arguments I've gotten so far are the "we're supposed to because that was how we were made" arguments. I need these by 11/20/98 please. Thanks.
