My comment to Hillbilly is;
Yes we would rather have a pub. I should have explained that the arrangements in Harrow are that children go onto a 6th form college
at the age of 16. Therefore a pub is not an issue for the school.

As Hillbilly would know if he has ever visited us - The Brits like pubs on our doorsteps but not monster faceless fast food burger bars. Fish and Chip shops are fine, so are curry houses and kebabs shops as the places to go after a few beers.
