You can be reasonably sure that McDonalds' management and employees aren't making that mess by not putting litter in the proper place. More likely, it's the arrogant, insensible and environmentally insensitive customers who can't fathom the purpose of trash and recycling bins that you're angry with. Being pissed at McDonalds is like blaming Crayola when a kid draws pictures on the living room walls.

Am I being clear? If you can't even figure out who your oppponents are, what makes you think you're going to win your battles? Moreover, why should McDonalds suffer your wrath because some of their customers are a legion of human chaff?

Be realistic about your anger and your proposed solutions, please. Knee-jerk reactionism such as that you just displayed, to be quite honest, frightens the hell out of me.
