So a small collection of comrades either BUY some means of production or they EXPROPRIATE some means of production in order to initiate the 'propaganda of deed.'

Option 1: They must have a LOT OF MONEY in the first place---

or:

Option 2: They expropriate some means of production---but, because they are such a small group, the Janet Reno squad easily kills them all.

'Small-is-beautiful socialism' is either PRIVATE PROPERTY socialism (a contradiction in terms if there ever was one) or terrorism.

But neither is socialism.
