Another defender of 'some' inequality?

: What would characterize the vanguard that would NOT lead the world back to capitalism (or feudalism, or totalitarian dictatorship, you name it)? How would we, the mere followers, the group that cannot be trusted with anything more than "trade-union consciousness," know the difference?

Perhaps those who state UNEQUIVOCALLY that 100% of the means of production should be PUBLIC and that equality (through job rotation) should be a salient feature of the socialist state would be more trustworthy than those who state---with a million and one recondite qualifications---that SOME means of production should be private and SOME inequality is 'OK.'
