: Sore losers? Were the Jews in Germany who were discriminated against and sent to concentration camps 'sore losers' just because the majority of Germans thought them sub-human?
This will be passed aside with various excuses, arguments over detail and self rightious indignation but I understand the principle which you are following here.
Majoritarianism is despotism by any other name. The popularity of a given thing does not make it ok and people who appeal to majoritarianism tend to ignore (or evade) the possibility that they are being 'sore losers' right now because the majority arent playing it the way they want.
