I hope it is obvious that the elected bosses (in the socialist future) are to be the WORKERS THEMSELVES---as Lenin intended:


The mases must have the right to choose responsible leaders for themselves. They must have he right to replace them, the right to know and check each smallest step of their activity. They must have the right to put forward any worker without exception for administrative functions.(1)
