: Bosses, in some endeavors,will be necessary in the socialist future. Large-scale production will be centralized and coordinated---as it is now. Experts and specialists will decree particular activities in the workplace by authority of their notable experience and training---as they do now.
I hope it is obvious that the elected bosses (in the socialist future) are to be the WORKERS THEMSELVES---as Lenin intended:
The mases must have the right to choose responsible leaders for themselves. They must have he right to replace them, the right to know and check each smallest step of their activity. They must have the right to put forward any worker without exception for administrative functions.(1)
