: I trust you are not trying to paint McVeigh as some kind of rebel for liberty?

: Blowing up hapless local government workers does nothing for liberty and everything for its enemies.

: Observe MDGs post which *may* be interpreted as aligning anyone who criticises government with a McVeigh type. Something clearly wrong, and I doubt it was MDGs intent, but something which popular media would do, which politicians mentioning 'anti-government' and 'mcveigh' in the same sentence would hope to achieve so as silence critics in a false web of a unearned shame.

: McVeigh is no rebel, just a twisted killer.

Just so everyone knows, I do not equate criticism with either the idea of government, or the functioning of a particular government, with the deeds of McVeigh or Newt Gingrich or any other mean-spirited, duplicitous, or pinheaded reactionaries. It is GOOD to question authority; it is not good to do so without thought or reason or sincerity, however. The former produces Thomas Paine, the latter, pains in the ass.
