I am not sure if I agree with your form of job rotation (or job rotation in general) but I agree with what you say about maintaining principles and allowing your workers the ability to manage themselves. In watching how my father deals with problems I see that he tries to allow people to manage themselves as much as possible. His creed is that if people can do something, let them, and let him deal with the stuff they they can't deal with. None.
