I'm using 'fascist' in the loose sense of the word, that the Progressive Labor Party and Jawahar Lal Nehru both used, to indicate "radical conservative anticommunism." Nehru in an early speech made a facsinating argument, which I see a lot of truth in, that there are only two basic choices facing the world: some variant of either Fascism or Communism. To me the question separating these two ideologies is the question of equality. Those who believe in equality are on the side of Communism; those who be;lieve in inequality are with the fascists.
