Okay Barry, I have a question regarding the above three points. In your second point, you state that specialist training will be provided for all, I understand that and the required infrastructure to do that. What I want to know is how much say people will have in choosing a a specific specialty. For instance, will people be free to do anything they want, regardless of how much it would allow them to give back to society or how much need there is for that specific specialty, or will the state provide a list of specialties that are especially needed or will allow them to work?
In our current system, this is taken care of with the demand in the market for a certain specialty.
